As our products are digital educational resources, all eBooks and online courses purchased are non-refundable. Once purchased, you cannot request a refund under normal circumstances.
Digital Products Download Policy
- Each eBook can be downloaded up to 3 times within 7 days of purchase.
- Once downloaded, the eBook file is saved to your personal device.
- After access is granted, the product is non-refundable.
Refund Exceptions
While refunds are generally not available, exceptions may be considered in the following rare cases:
- Payment Error – e.g., double charge or failed transaction
- Technical Issue – e.g., download or course access failure
